Thinking About Quitting My Job

I feel like I'm in office space man I'm starting to hate my job and boss. My co workers and managers are all cool but the owner is Napoleon reincarnated. I've came close to quitting my job twice this week but am going on paid vacation on the 5th so I want to use that up before and I need to get a job lined up too..
