Sprint is solid. Ive had them for 6 years now and only had a real problem maybe twice which in the end got resolved.
Thinking of switching to Sprint...am I crazy?

only complaint i have with sprint is....
- palm pre shut off by itself.. (not sprints fault i guess :/ )
- palm pre restarts and lose all my photos/videos/music.
well i guess thats both palms issue right?
- well sometimes i get messages real late or never get them at all.
- people tell me they call me but i never get a missed or receive call.. phone never rings
sprint voice service or plam's fault again?
btw, this is my 4th palm pre
i like sprint, ill stay with them.. no hassle when i need to replace a phone and customer service i like.

This happens on the regular with ATT the old voicemail without missed call as phone is in my hands. Im like how the hell is that possible? Im sitting here playing chop ninja and bam voicemail.

eactly.. but if they dont leave a VM. then i have no clue if they called or not.. im like #@%? the phone is sitting on my bed and not ringing.

yea right, that was the only problem I had with Sprint. I once didn't have a working number with Sprint for almost 3 weeks and didn't owe any money. Sprint customer service is laughable. So many loopholes too...

Sprint is really cool now. There customer service is way better than it used to be so you should have any problems.
All the CS horror stories you hear about were mostly from right after the Nextel merger when the company decided it was grimey season for everyone. For example this was how one conversation I had with CS went, over being charge for some company in El Salvador sending me text messages
Me: Can I get that charge removed?
CS Rep: No sir, we can't do that
Me: Want do you mean no, I have called before had it removed a couple times
CS Rep: I'm sorry, I can't do it
Me: I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, and this is the first time I have been turned down
CS Rep: You have been with Sprint for 4 year?
Me: Yes, well actually with Nextel
CS Rep: Well now you're with Sprint, and there is nothing I can do
