That's a bold guarantee but you guys are definitely improved. FO hasn't had a clue for years though, and Schweinsteiger is just the latest in a long history of questionable decisions. I guarantee that wasn't Veljko Paunovic's signing.
You guys went out and acquired two really really solid deep lying, defensive minded, CM's in their primes in Juninho and Dax. They didn't come particularly cheap either, but the value is definitely there. Then you go out and make a washed Schweinsteiger a top 10 highest paid player in the league?
It's just not a rational signing. It means you either have sit Juninho or Dax, or masquerade a 32yo Schweinsteiger around as a 10 playing out of position in a more advanced role in an incredibly athletic and physically taxing MLS, which is 99% what's going to happen. Good luck with that.
Should have gone out and spent smart $ on a young DP from South America like Atlanta United did, or Seattle last summer. Brought in a creative playmaker or dynamic attacker too sit above Dax and Juninho and feed Nikolic and Accam.
Instead your FO blew a Giovinco sized money bag on a old legend with a zillion miles on his legs to likely play him out of position in a role he doesn't have the youth for. Could have signed a Josef Martinez and a Miguel Almiron this summer for the money you spent sell Schweinsteiger shirts for a season.

chicago signing bastian is dumb, like already stated they just spent good money on two mid's unless youre planning a formation change the move makes no sense unless dax or juninho can play cam or on the wing, the fire have needed defensive help since they lost anibaba and berry its been YEARS, i actually feel bad for him coming here, i have a spot in my heart for this team but this team are an embarrassment their attendance stinks, their owner stinks, the team stinks, they dont even play in chicago, they need to stop messing around and spend huge on someone that will draw a local audience a young or in their prime mexican player that can make a difference right away

How difficult was it to buy the tickets? Did you buy them way in advance? I want to go to a game in the Camp Nou next year and I want to be sure that I am able to score some decent tickets.

I hope its Century Link in Seattle, they basically have all of the USA covered besides the PNW and we are soccer crazy up here. Will draw plenty of people from Portland/OR and the Canadians from up north in Vancouver.

If you dont know much of the German youth its a boring league IMO. No star power besides Bayern/BVB/Bayer.
Fox also screwed us over with airing Nascar, Mid major college football, and whatever type of racing sometimes over some famous German derbies and matches. It completely blew me off and made me hate Fox's effort.

When the schedule comes out you can go on the FCB website, click tickets and request to be notified when the game you want to attend goes on sale. The tickets go on sale at 9 or 10am local time so it's early hours in the states
