NFL stadiums are horrible for watching footy. Too much of a gap between stadium and fans. Also in will be Canada and Mexico hosting not just America. So stadiums will still need to get developed in Canada and Mexico. Non of the MLS stadiums (Canadian n American) are big enough to host WC

That's a bad take. Football stadiums can hold soccer matches with the same good sight lines. What's the difference.

It's the World Cup guys. There are amazing stadiums across North America specifically the USA, its the biggest event in sports people will pack the stadiums regardless of optimum viewing pleasure or not.

Issa the World Cup.

No I agree I just found it funny that the guy said USA has better footy stadiums then all of Europe. I should have ignored him cause he also said Liverpool will win the title or even finish in top 4

I think his point was just better stadiums not footy specific stadiums which isn't a wild point to make tbh.

Read closer BA. I said better stadiums, not footy specific stadiums.

Objectively speaking, we have the best stadiums in the world. We have stadiums in smaller, secondary markets that are just as nice or even better than the best that Europe has to offer.

As to your other "point." We are still comfortably in the top 4 race. Losing Mane is a big hit, but Sturridge has been cleared to play and our remaining fixture is much easier than everyone else who's in the hunt.

Wash your face.

Congrats to the boy

Balague reporting that we'll be in for James this summer and that Madrid will ask for £30M. His ability to produce something out of nothing would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if he and Jose would get on though.

100k a week for a discount Lucas Vazquez who scores one in every thirty games.

:lol

Haven't you been to the Camp Nou?

Objectively speaking the Coliseum is probably in the top 2 to 3 worst outdoor pro sports venues in the United States.  Relative to the Camp Nou it's a modern palace and they've had a near identical life span.

Camp Nou was obviously engineered to accommodate one specific purpose. Fit as many human bodies as the laws of physics will possibly allow onto a defined piece of land.

There's a certain novelty in that, and like the Bernabeau it's one of the most vertical stadiums in the world so the sight lines are fantastic. But the World Cup is a hyper corporate event and in the context of feasible World Cup venues, it's an objectively worse venue than any American football stadium.

Fox Sports is so garbage with the Bundesliga coverage, they should be embarrassed. Their Spanish language affiliate, Fox Deportes, does a much better job promoting and covering the league.

Fox Deportes has German legend Jens Lehmann, who's the current Bundesliga ambassador, in their studio right now. The guy doesn't speak a lick of Spanish, but he's in there talking all things football.

Hamez can come to Arsenal

If sure he wants to play European soccer anyway 8o

Just let it go man, these guys don't get it.

They think this is coming from American exceptionalism, but it's coming from fact.

To be honest, if that's how we would've went out then I'm glad we didn't qualify.

What does qualifying just to get beat 10-2 on aggregate achieve? Apparently nothing because all your best players want to leave, your fans are fed up, and your ownership laughs all the way to the bank with YOUR money.

I'll stop though because I don't want to beat a dead horse.
