Still think it's dumb on Neymar's part. To grow his brand he should have went to a bigger club.. he's arguably more famous then the club he's signing too.. doesn't make sense

Neymar doesn't seem the type to care about all that big club stuff he just wanna go to have his own, get paid and compete. And he sees PSG as the place he can have all 3 of those things.

And Brazilian teammates. That seems to be of high importance to him too.
PSG is the perfect club for him based on the reports. He won't be in anyone's shadow, will be playing regularly with at least 4 Brazilian teammates and he'll still be able to play CL football, maybe carry the team to new heights.

It would be good for my wallet as I currently own the instagram @PhilippeCoutinho and him going to Barca would certainly allow me to command a significantly higher price for it
But honestly I'd rather see him continue at Liverpool, I like that Firmino-Coutinho partnership. I don't really watch La Liga much.

Great goal from Sidibe there too. I remember Tielemans specifically went with Monaco instead of bigger clubs willing to pay more because he sees it as the best team for him to further develop.

Someone has to push PSG into that Tier 1 spot, I think Neymar is actually playing it smart. They been good enough to pretty much dominate League 1, already have a strong Brazilian presence, consistently make CL but if Neymar is the man to push them towards that title? That'll do a lot for his name.
