Change ain't happening on a short week. Won't be surprised if changes don't happen after TNF tho.

...you were repeating yourself?

Team is horrendously coached.

Staff full of politically savvy hoorah guys.

Zero strategic or tactical substance.

Politically savvy is a strong word that you use very freely. I commend you but this is also equally dangerous.

Downing is boo boo.

Statistically our offense is trash when we have playmakers on that side of the ball. We don't stretch the field at all, we barely make any attempts longer than 10 yards. Downings philosophy is to get rid of the ball quick, for 0-5 yard passes.

We all have issues with KNJ too, but to play devils advocate he's held TEN, NYJ, Den and LA to below 20 pts each. Without having legit LB's on his squad. He had to play Sean Smith against BLT due to injuries too. Defense ain't bad. Just need to get off the field on 3rd down.

Offense is fuxking horrible.

I don't understand what you mean.

I'm talking about political savvy in the professional sense.

Likeable, the ability to command a room while making those around you at ease and comfortable.

Jack has always had that.

I misspoke. I was looking for more context. Thank you for clarifying. I agree more motivator than tactician.

Musgrave to Downing was a mistake. Moving on from Musgrave to another OC was the right thing to do, but NOT to get the results that Downing has brought. That decision has doomed our season.

Jack should be held accountable for the OC and DC hires, but last year likely bought him two years, including this one. It would be nice to see Mark still have an appetite to compete though and become aggressive in looking for a new staff. I don't believe in Jack being able to hire a successful staff anymore.
