As an online forum, we use 3 things to determine the credibility of said user:
1. Join Date
2. Post Count
3. Rep System
If we can rep a user, so that he is regarded in the highest esteem...why not be able to neg someone...so that he is known as a pit dweller of the NT world.

some dudes are just haters...

some just dont like certain users for no reason..

It's the old saying goes if don't have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all. Facebook doesn't have it either. We don't need it.

It would be rep wars. People repping themselves then negging others to be on top.
