On that very specific circumstance, we'll have to agree to disagree. It's quite possible that something could be going on mentally (which is why he needed the medication) and that's what caused him to do it. But a toxicology report is pretty black and white. Yes, I am aware that they could have manipulated the results but if they are saying it came back clean then anything else is hearsay or speculation.

Doesn’t necessarily mean he was taking them at the time of the crash. Didn’t his toxicology report come back clean? I would assume so since they said he wasn’t impaired at the time of the crash. Could still be something mental going on, though.

Should Tiger Woods have been charged for speeding/reckless driving though? Man was driving at double the speed limit and could've wiped out a smaller vehicle at that speed.

Hospital probably did some blood work prior to operating on him. Some people are also slobs as far as their vehicles are concerned so the prescription bottle could've just been junk on the ground.
