Called and sent them an email. Someone called me back within the hour and sent me a shipping label to swap them out for a new pair.

Replacement pair looking good

Only complaint is they swapped the original XL shirt with a L shirt. XL would’ve fit me though idk if I even would wear the shirt. I’m satisfied tho
