No, not at all. They are best when they're together.
P is better with the drums and songwriting. Chad is better with the "music" and melodies. Together they are brilliant. Both are geniuses.
 
wasnt this the first one? i know thats Pharrell on the hook and when he talks about "...copped that first verse and got that NSX" he's referencing the UK mix of this track
