Just got a Nexus 4.

Wondering if any of you guys can help me out, its been well noted that the vibration/volume is not the best on the N4. I keep my phone on vibrate 80% of the time, but the N4 vibration is weak as hell. After some searching I found a app "contact vibrate" that lets you create your own vibrations works pretty well. My only issue now, is when the phone is locked and I get a msg/notification the vibration goes back to the N4 defaults. Anyone know how to change this without a custom ROM/kernel?

I'm gonna be "that guy" and tell you to flash a custom ROM/kernel.

I know 720p did on my OG HTC Evo from Microsd class 4. That was 3 years ago so it should definitely...

Not sure what's funny, perhaps because I found out late. I'm not even sure if this feature was possible before 4.1.2.

On some real ish tho..You'll learn something new bout the Note2. So many features/tricks.

boomsound is fantastic. terrible name. but still fantastic. wonder if apple is gonna "innovate" stereo front-facing speakers next. last night i was in bed, and a friend sent me a instrumental for rick ross, sounds like maybach music type stuff. orchestra, live strings and drums... it sounded SO crisp and clean coming from the speakers, absolutely amazing

what makes you averse to flashing a rom? i'm not sure i understand why so many are against it.

if you wanna go kernel only, franco's is good.
