When you try to post a pic, it takes you to Documents for some reason. But from there, you can select Gallery.

It's not really any different than the Nexus 7 (usually designated with a 2012 or 2013 after the name)...which I assume will have to be renamed if the Nexus phone hits the 7 mark.
