ehhh....I Think my EVO is bricked after the unrevoked3 root, it won't turn on completely and will shut off. If its being charged it will turn on but after that it will shut off. They Unrevoked team also pulled down the download

unrevoked3 recovery reflash tool

We're looking at some bugs that a very small number (two) EVO users have encountered and have taken the tool down for a short while until we're satisfied that they have been resolved.

– unrevoked team

Hope its not really bricked.

if its bricked, its bricked. I have total insurance on the phone, I know it doesn't cover software issues but i know a sprint rep who can give me another one without me paying and without any hassle.

ALIVE

I've found the culprit it wasn't really bricked it. When i did the root my battery was almost dead. I charged it for like 30 minutes and i relise that i have a full charge battery with in 30min which of course is unusual if you own an evo and it takes even 4-5hrs for a full charge this is while the im playing with phone rooted. Now I just left it for like 10min uncharged and 5 minutes charged. Turned it on and it didn't go off during start up. I pulled it from the charger, it quickly turned off. plug it backed in now its running like its suppose to.

I'll keep yall posted if i encounter any problems. In the mean time don't use unrevoked till the sort it out.
Android Notifier Sends Notifications from Your Phone to Growl
Android and Mac/Windows/Linux: If you don't want to deal with your phone while you're at your computer, free app Android Notifier will send all your phone's call, SMS, and battery notifications to your desktop.

Whether you wear noise-cancelling headphones at your desk, or you'd rather just use a full keyboard to reply to SMS messages instead of your phone, you can send those notifications to your computer to better fit into your workflow with Android Notifier. Setting it up is easy; just download and install both Android Notifier and the MacDroidNotifier app, which will send notifications to previously mentioned Growl (If you're using Windows or Linux, you'll need the Android-Notifier-Desktop app instead). It takes a bit of setup, but nothing too difficult—you can get instructions from the project's home page.

You can send notifications over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and pick whether you want notifications for incoming calls, SMS messages, battery messages, and voicemails. Bluetooth setup is pretty easy; Wi-Fi is a bit more involved. It's a pretty nice tool to have around, though, and would probably make a great Tasker task—for example, you could automatically set your phone to forward notifications to your computer whenever your phone is docked.
