Okay don't worry D, you can unbrick by flashing it back to factory settings that the evo shipped with. You gonna have give some minute to find the website that has the file, but if anyone has the image file or knows the website im talking about send it to D. I've been in your postion you can unbrick it.

Damn that sucks son. My !%+! went smooth as butter. Did you install the HBoot drivers?

(THIS IS FOR WINDOWS ONLY)

Here is the instructions to Install HBoot drivers...........................(When it says expand it after you download the drivers, it just means to unzip it somewhere like the desktop. That was the only thing that may be confusing to non computer savvy ppl)

http://www.unrevoked.com/...ows_hboot_driver_install

Then before you run the exe and plug in the phone you have to start up the phone and put it into USB Debug mode. To do this Settings > Applications > Development, Then select USB Debugging. Then start up Unrevoked 3.2 and plug in your phone to the USB and let it do its thing.

Took me all of 10 minutes and it was mad smooth. Hit me if you need the unrevoked 3.2 for windows but it is in the XDA Thread, I would post it here but IDK if it would be against NT ROC.

EDIT:

Here are the rest of the instructions from the XDA Thread. I didnt need these steps because I had already installed HTC sync and its drivers and then uninstalled the HTC Sync prog (It leaves the drivers needed) because I was planning on doing the previous root and then just never got the urge to go for it.

2. Windows users need to uninstall HTC Sync or any other program that might talk to the phone over USB (doubletwist, etc). Disabling HTC Sync from the system tray is not enough. They interfere with the root process and will cause problems.

3. When asked for USB connection type, select "Charge Only" and "Remember this".

My brother has a Samsung GalGalaxy S and he's been downloading SNES games off the phone from Roms4Droid.com no computer needed and they have all the classics. He say's he uses the browser that says web, because in Skyfire it was saying error and web uses thinkfree office to download it.
