Android: If you'd like to bring the kind of wallpaper rotation common on desktop computers to your Android phone, Wallpaper Rotator offers wallpaper swapping from a local directory or your Flickr account.

Wallpaper Rotator is a simple application that rotates your Android phone wallpaper at a user-specified interval—every half hour, hour, six hours, day, or week—and pulls images from a local directory on the SD card or from your Flickr account. Future versions will include integration with Picasa Web and Facebook galleries.

Wallpaper Rotator is a free app and works wherever Android does. You can download it by searching for "Wallpaper Rotator" in the Android Market or scanning the QR code at right.

Have a favorite Android customization tool? Let's hear about it in the comments. Thanks kschang!

Pretty awesome idea if it works well.  I'd keeps changes to once a day or less to conserve battery.

From my experience of rooting my EVO, you can brick your EVO, but you unbrick by restoring it back to its factory settings all you need is the exact image(file). Rooting opens so much possibilities, free hotspot access is #1 for me. Do it, do it, Do itttttt.
