Wallpaper Rotator Swaps Android Wallpaper Automatically
Android: If you'd like to bring the kind of wallpaper rotation common on desktop computers to your Android phone, Wallpaper Rotator offers wallpaper swapping from a local directory or your Flickr account.
Wallpaper Rotator is a simple application that rotates your Android phone wallpaper at a user-specified interval—every half hour, hour, six hours, day, or week—and pulls images from a local directory on the SD card or from your Flickr account. Future versions will include integration with Picasa Web and Facebook galleries.
Wallpaper Rotator is a free app and works wherever Android does. You can download it by searching for "Wallpaper Rotator" in the Android Market or scanning the QR code at right.

Pretty awesome idea if it works well. I'd keeps changes to once a day or less to conserve battery.
