Disney can't even use certain Marvel characters that are already being used by Universal Studios, east of the Mississippi River.

and then those huge X-men 90s cartoon cutouts they had all over the place

funny thing too is the Disney park in Japan isnt even owned by Disney, they just got licensed by Disney to use their characters and stuff.
