Weird to me they make a Madame Web movie for relatively minor character in MCU, but haven't introduced big characters like: Doom, the entire X-men, fantastic four, Blade, sentry, nova etc.

X-Men and the themes within their stories will never not be relevant to our society at large.
There's a reason why they were Marvel's biggest property, with Spidey, since their inception. Always relatable and very topical

Sony doesn't have the rights to those other properties. They have been making movies for characters under the Spider-Man umbrella (Venom, Morbius, Madame Web, Kraven).
