What are the must haves in your fridge?

Fridge + Freezer

Eggs( only eat egg whites, which are protein heavy)
Smucker's All Natural Peanut Butter
Bottled Water
Frozen Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries ( they're fresher )
2% Low-fat Milk
Bananas
Pineapple
Grapes
Frozen Broccoli
Fat-free Cheese
Tomato
Fresh Carrots


Pantry
Angel-Hair Pasta
Fresh Canned Alaskan-Salmon
Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal ( I modify it and take out majority of the 12g sugar count in each packet )
Just to name a few.

I eat right + workout.

STAY AWAY FROM THOSE HYDROGENATED PRODUCTS, HFCS, TRANS FATS, FAST FOOD JOINTS, SODAS, COOKIES, ICE CREAM, CHIPS, ALCHOHOLS, THAT **** IS A SILENT KILLER.
