Those JD single barrels are good.

I actually traded one for it, same one in the sample since I had doubles. To be honest not the best one I’ve tried, very strong banana notes but I hear it’s common with OF’s. The last OFSBBS I had was amazing.

What did you offer for the Stagg?

I'm working on trading up for one.

Don't know where you are located but secondary for Stagg in LA is 220 and in SD is 300. Going trades I have seen are 2 blantons and an eagle rare.

NJ is about 250.
That's doable for me. Right now have 2 EHT Small Batch and a few ER I can throw in.

My uncle got a bottle of Old Rip Van Winkle in the Total Wine lottery. Can’t wait to see it, hopefully taste it depending on what he decides to do with it.
Nice. Heard you have to spend big bucks to get in that lottery. I know I'm going to find it at my local bottle king soon, just missed this last Friday

Damn, easy buy for that price.

And I spent a **** ton of money at Total Wine last year, came out empty handed in this one.

What area are you located?

Just seems crazy some areas just never see these bottles or are promised to big money guys and certain regions they can be found.

NJ . Bottle King is one of the few stores that doesn't sell at secondary but some locations keep them in the back. My local one on occasion will let a unicorn on the glass for msrp

Picked up a 750ml of Eagle Rare and a 1.5L of Weller Special Reserve at my neighborhood Total Wine on Wednesday. Picking up a keg of Shiner Light Blonde tomorrow for our crawfish boil on Sunday (dumbass Texas laws not allowing liquor stores to be open Sunday). Currently cracking open the Eagle Rare. Gonna be a good weekend :pimp:
