its the Incase Nylon Backpack.

the one i have is the OG one with faux fur everywhere. the new ones now only have the faux in the laptop part.

it's pretty cool there have been a few revisions to the model, but it's very comfortable and plenty of room for everything especially if you'recarrying a laptop around. spend $100 on it.
