What Do I Do? Dry Cleaners Did Me Bad!

Gave my coat to this dry cleaners in my city. They dry cleaned it but the leather adornments fell off. What steps of action can i legally take?

They never responded btw
They ended up giving me money
Don’t remember the amount
But they gave me money for messing up my stuff

I like my dry cleaning lady though so I'm not mad. She always gives me a discount.
Whatever the cost of the buttons are I've received more than that back from her.

bump that.....look up arrow leathers.

they do complete restoration services, and they're reasonably priced...my NBA jeff Hamilton had their name tagged for care and i copped a old joint from 1992...when i tell you it was smoked, and these folks redid and replaced da whole liner, and washed/conditioned/repainted my whole jacket, complete with all da teams...looks like it came off da showroom floor.
