Monoprice.com

Mini-Display port to HDMI cable, not adapter.
And you need an audio cable, but that depends on your TV. Either AUX or RCA

Depends on your tv and macbook if a mini displayport-hdmi cable will work. I just got them hoping to hook up to my tv and no dice. Im returning them, and getting a mini dvi-vga.

Which Macbook is it and are you trying to hook it up to a monitor? If you use HDMI btw, you won't get any audio unless I think you have this year's versions.
