what is the craziest thing that happened to you or you have seen while camping out for some jordans

never camped out but have gone early on release date. nothing crazy. but that was like 2 years ago (DMP timeframe) where people were just running in the mallfrom FTL to FA to Champs. crazy. i walked out with 2 sets that day. haha

yeah im close to them also but only go when i can't cop offline hopefully i dont have to go grab the white/red xii from tha oaks

at university mall in tampa cops were having to escort people to their cars when the original dmp's came out because people were gettin robbed at gunpointin the parking lot

I remember that feeling....only instead it was to show up at 3am wait....till 4am just to have security tell me it was a midnight release.....i got mine a fewmonths later. NT fourms got me for retail plus $30 Just keep it positive and a watchful eye at NT listings fourm and you WILL find what your looking for.
 
Got drunk, and had a hangover by the time the doors opened. By that time I smelled like a wino/transient
 
Saw a cat get shot over some Altitude 13's in Jacksonville the year they released. One second we are in line the next second some dude tried to just grab aguys shoes and run. Cuz pulls out a heater and opened fire. Craziest shoe experience ever.

He got shot in the leg and cops were already there. Little to say I didnt get those 13's!

I moved from Missouri City out to Humble a couple years back. I'll NEVER go to Greenspoint for a release, just like I would NEVER go to Sharpstown, lock onme and all. It's just not a smart move imo. I'm gonna wait online for the SJ release. If that doesn't work, then i'm going to go to Deerbrookor the Woodlands.

Yeah, i forgot about those. Craziness in Chicago for those also. grapes and altitudes were pretty much the worst.
 
I live in Long Island sooooo...there was basicly a whole lot of smack talkin goin on @ any and EVERY campout i've ever been to but NOTHING EVER happened!!!

V's, III's, CDP's it's all the same..... I've always seen basicly the same cats @ every campout....ONE group of cats always come straightfrom the club all types of twisted,

They always scare the pants off of the parents and security guards they're harmless tho!!! One thing is for sure.......I ALWAYS GET MY SIZE 12!!!
 
if i'm not mistaken. and i could be wrong, but the cool grey XI was its first retro+ colorways and plus the XI retros were selling well to begin with.

Don't think that just because the surrounding of a mall looks nice, acquiring the shoe will be easy.
Some cat at Memorial mall got shot in his leg for the Hares. The Hares!!!
I know a mall that will probably have no or few people there for the SJ, but I ain't telling nobody cause I ain't messing up my chances this year.

Im from MO. City.......... Every major release is crazy all around houston. I'll be at Athlete's foot for the SJ's though.
 
i was camping out for the dmp 6/11s and they were giving out tickets outside the mall you needed a ticket to get in there i saw one dude show up late andwalked up and down the line flashing cash for a ticket he actually paid $200 for a dudes ticket and he got in and his size was all gone it was hilarious

greenspoint is where i got the same pack. after getting there at 4 am and waiting for about 3 hours with 200 plus people got my sizes no prob contrary to thethey sold out of my size rumor going on in the line. Greenspoint is the same place that got held up with machine guns when the first pack came out monthsearlier. The manager from the footaction usually holds my shoes now until he moved to the galleria recently so now im kinda

Woke up about 6:00am and drove to 3 different malls to pick up the 17/6 CDP. I go to the first mall thinking no one would be there and see 200 kids and 20misc. parents camped out in front of the store. Left that mall and drove 15 mins hauling $@! to the next mall, only to pull into the parking lot and see 100+angry kids standing outside of the mall staring. At that point I know there's no way in hell I'd be able to cop the few packs each store has with thatmany kids outside. I then drive about 25 mins clear across town, hauling $@!, but praying I don't get pulled over to the next mall. I get there, sprintinside to the mall and see 2 kids coming out with 3 packs each in their hands. I run to footlocker where i find ONLY 2 PEOPLE standing out front and we'reimmediately let into the store by the eager sales associate who "wanted to avoid confusion and mayhem at all costs" so he opened up the store 3 hourslater.. I grab the only size 12 pack they have with EASE, chit chat with the employee for a minute and leave.

As I'm leaving I see some guy storming in with his girlfriend and screaming at her about me "better not have bought his size 12 pack." I laughand smirk at him and jump in the car with pack in the backseat.

Nothing too crazy, I'm too old to be fighting kids and parents for shoes.
 
i was camping for the jordan 3 fusions and there was a zombie attack and sneaker head were just killin zombies all day in the new fusions
 
I have never camped, but I showed up alot of places when stores opened. Only DMV peoples are going to know the places I am naming.

Black/Caro V release, I was at the Eastover SC, when someone got a call from someone at the DTLR on H St, and said the whole line got jacked......

At the Grape release, I was at Iverson, and seen this kid get strong armed for his shoes. I felt kind of bad, but he let the guy just straight punk him.
