Mad tricks up the sleeve! Mom rolled out the classics and added a pumpkin spice roulade with crystalized ginger buttercream. My wife says, "I'll seeyour roulade and raise you a red velvet cheesecake!" This is setting up to be epic! I can't wait to eat!

I am currently supervising the turkey cooking in an infrared cooker in the garage with the football game on a big screen (yes, in the garage; another in theliving room), drinking a Guinness, and smoking a nice Cuesta Ray. What a day so far!
