for dim sum chicken feet, taste really just depends on sauce. It's the texture that's different - it's chewy, which can turn a lot of Americans off. If you've ever eaten cartilage at izakaya/yakitori restaurant I think you'll like it.

cause back years ago, they fried the food in lard & had less preservatives & such

so not only have your tastes developed...mcdonald's does actually taste worse now

i mean...what happened to them deep fries apple pies that burned the crap out of your mouth.....they were delicious!
