DaBrat is probably top 3-5 of female rappers for me. Love this song, but I feel trying to tone down the hard tomboy side for a more a feminine appeal hurt her career, and whatever JD was on at the time. It’s weird seeing her pregnant lol. But back then tomboy Brat and feminine Brat could’ve got it, I prefer tomboy Brat though lol

She is ofc of the elite emcees ever regardless of gender; so it’s almost not worth comparing the lot of them women to her.
