but theres always gonna be a fight to say what part of ny is better, i dont understand how can compare bk a whole borough to harlem or the heights which is just a small part of manhattan

alot of them shiny belts and highliter jacket dudes are mostly from harlem and the bx not all of them dress like that but youll catch alot of em, some times they dont even wear the belts youll catch em wit it around they neck smh
