What was your first Smartphone?

HTC HD7. Got it last month for my birthday, was going to get the iphone 4s but when I saw the screen on this thing (4.3 inches) I was like

A lot of memories with that phone. Texting is too smooth. I'd say I like it better than Swype now, and at one point I thought Swype was amazing. Swype been just pissing me off lately.
