King kong was terribly slow and needlessly long. Not to mention the terrible acting in it. The only thing that was salvageable was the visual effects.

I will give it another try one day, but that movie was....I don't know how to put it. I didn't really like American psycho either, but to be fair I watched it when I was really tired and kept drifting in and out of it.
