Blue Martini is a nice upscale bar in down town west palm, there's also one in boca. Mostly everyone will be around your age. But ya if your looking for clubbing go to Miami or Las Olas, but if you driving to Ft. Lauderdale jus keep goin to mia, its worth it

If you want to drive > 1hr then head to Miami...avoid SoBe it's all tourist traps and overpriced half-assed everything...the clubs are
though...downtown has some jumping spots too
Las Olas is popping and much more down to earth than that extra 30min drive south....never had an issue with the Hard Rock either...Boca has some spots but its more college or older relaxed type crowds...
