Judging by the pics of the apartment (assuming that is a pic from the building he lives in), being $9k behind probably means he's just late on asingle month's rent. Happens to a lot of people his age... it's just too bad he doesn't have somebody to manage his money well, or that hedoesn't do it better on his own.
