Back by my mom's house the various shopping center parking lots have those donation bins that I have used. I've seen trucks come by for pickups too.

Man, I used to drop cloths off in these joints at the local shopping center. Learned something new today.

I have a few of those bums by my house. I knew they weren't good news because the only time I seen a person collect the content he was in a black SUV with not company name or anything and he was dropping the clothes and kicking them towards his car. How are those things even legal?!
