Who's got the most UPs in the NBA?

Yeah, Z does that funny thing where he looks like he jumps for a rebound but if you look carefully he's got one foot on the ground.

Effective though.

Exactly. Nate is looking at the rim when he gets up.

That was so filthy. Bron is 6'9 though so when he gets his head at the rim he's jumping about 39 inches. That's running vert too notstanding. I'm sure his vert is in the 40's though and he could probably jump higher than he did on that dunk if he tried.

No mention of Gerald Green? He is 6-9 and can easily hit his head on the rim.

yea dudes got bounce but the thread talks about the "most ups."

there are a lot of other nba players who get up a lot higher and quicker than him.

but the mississippi bullet is something to watch on the court.

Leon Powe is good at getting up after crashing and burning. wait did he get back up?

The real sleeper pick is also named Ronnie and he's on the Jazz too.

If you're just measuring pure ups, I've gotta say Nate. He's not a good player at all, but for a guy as small as he is to be able to throw downlike he can (even if he misses 20 consecutive dunks in the contest) he HAS to have some lift.

The best ever was Michael Wilson, who I think still plays for the Globetrotters. He once dunked on a 12 foot rim (world record) and he had a vert. measured at52 inches in college.
