If you get a cheesesteak at like a Subway, Blimpies, Charley’s, Jersey Mike’s, etc and NOT a mom and pop joint, you’re just asking for disappointment.

Correct about how long it takes. No one has done it because you can’t do it with the appropriate flavor profile at a chain spot. It’d be too bad of a look with the necessary amount grease.

Nah, love bbq and hot sauce (even experimenting extremely hot sauces). But not mayo, ketchup or mustard like sauces.

Moreso meant on sandwiches tho.
