Would you rather go to jail or be homeless?

Homeless man. At least you could do whatever you wanted. Meanwhile in jail...

homeless ....... also homeless doesn't mean sitting on street corner begging for change ...... and when you get out of jail after being rapped a couple of times you'll still be homeless

Admittedly, many people seem to think that jail and prison are one and the same.  This isn't true.  Jail, you might be there for a few weeks to maybe 12 or 18 months.  And really, things aren't as harsh as prison.  Prison is where you will start dealing with the gutter life.  Speaking from experience, being homeless is probably better than being in jail.  From a mental standpoint, the isolation of a jail cell will make you go damn near mad in a very short period of time.

lol this ???? most be from someone never locked up . Homeless anyday- your free have a chance to hustle and get back on your feet. Living in nyc I have seen some local homeless

people get back up on their feet. ex. There use to be this guy on 116 & broadway train station. He would sell full size movie poster and train station ads for like $10-15. He was

there for a few years worked up enough money to move out to florida. Another was a guy that use to be on 86st and amsterdam. He had a table that sold batts, tees, gloves and

hats. He was there for a good 10 years real cool guy. Saved all that money and last winter got a lil place in the country in PR. From homeless to living on the island.
