Unfortunately storyline wise, it makes sense. Swagger is in an actual storyline, and Cesaro is where Ziggler used to be, setting up guys with very good matches. Swagger's good in the ring and all, but they should be flipped. Cesaro should be the one getting this push, getting this reaction, and coming out to THAT theme
