I think the idea of announcing you're going to cash in ahead of time is dumb. Takes away the surprise.

Cashing in by surprise is a heel move.  A babyface (especially Cena of all people) have to do it the honorable way.
 
The 619 sets up the West Coast Pop. That's a great continuation move imo.
