Don’t let this advert fool you — by the time this PPV came around, the nWo 2000 stable were on their way out. Bret Hart and Kevin Nash were on the sidelines due to injuries (which ended up ending Hart’s career completely). Jeff Jarrett ended up becoming the group’s leader by default and ended up adding The Harris Brothers to the group (gross). Scott Steiner was just merely absent at this time (most likely a suspension due to his on-air comments about Ric Flair).
The nWo Black and Silver were not a force to be reckoned with and would be completely phased out by the end of April, killing the stable until the World Wrestling Federation brought Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash in around 2002.
The WCW Uncensored 2000 card in its entirety:
WCW Cruiserweight Championship The Artist (with Paisley) vs Psychosis (with Juventud Guerrera)
Norman Smiley and The Demon vs Lenny Lane and Rave

After losing the rights to the T in his name, the flame tights and the Harlem Heat entrance theme at SuperBrawl X, Booker continued his fight against his own brother and Harlem Heat, Inc. Big T (Ahmed Johnson) took Booker’s place in the tag team alongside Stevie Ray while J. Biggs (Clarence Mason) and Cash (Cassius AKA Kash AKA 4X4 from the No Limit Soldiers WCW group) joined the stable.

Booker would eventually start using the name “G.I. Bro” soon after this match in the infamous 2000 Russo and Bischoff reboot of the company.
