Daniel Bryan saying Cena is a bigger star than The Rock.. I like Daniel but he is soooo wrong over here..  Not even sure where to start cuz its so absurd..
Daniel Bryan interview: Says John Cena is a bigger wrestling star than The Rock, talks negative reaction, IC championship, more

The entire WWE universe expected Daniel Bryan to challenge Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31, but after a shocking result at the Royal Rumble and a loss to Roman Reigns at Fastlane, Bryan will instead be wrestling in a seven-man ladder match for the Intercontinental title.

With just 10 days until the biggest event of the year, Bryan talked to For The Win about a hypothetical WWE tournament, the gradual fall of the Intercontinental title.

FTW: In honor of March Madness, let’s say you can construct a bracket of the 64 best wrestlers of all time. Who are your No. 1 seeds?

Daniel Bryan: The four No. 1 seeds of all time? You’d have to go with the guys who are the biggest stars of all time. You’re looking at Bruno Sammartino, Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and probably… you know The Rock is a bigger star as far as mainstream, but as far as in the context of WWE [John] Cena has been a bigger star for longer. So maybe John Cena as the fourth No. 1 seed, but that’s going to be heavily debated.

FTW: WrestleMania 31 will be inside Levi’s Stadium in front of more than 70,000 fans. What’s the biggest difference between wrestling outdoors in a giant stadium compared to a mid-size arena.

Bryan: You know what’s crazy is that when you’re wrestling outdoors in a giant stadium like that is the sound — in an arena, a 15,000-seat arena that’s packed, everything echoes down and it can get really loud — sometimes like when we were in Miami for WrestleMania XXVIII, it seemed to me in the ring like the sound just kind of escaped. I don’t know if that comes across on TV or not, but it’s interesting. I love wrestling in the open air, and it’s crazy just looking out amongst 65, 75,000 fans. It’s very surreal.

FTW: Were you taken aback at all by the intensely negative fan reaction to you not winning the Royal Rumble and headlining WrestleMania?

Bryan: I wasn’t really that surprised, I thought that a lot of fans wanted me to win the Royal Rumble… but it’s a great story, right? The guy who has never lost a title had to lose the title because of the neck surgery, comes back and he fights the guy who’s just this monster destroyer, a David versus Goliath story, and I think a lot of fans were excited by the prospect of that. And also by the prospect of a match of me versus Brock Lesnar, I feel like I do pretty good against big guys.

FTW: What does the Intercontinental title mean to you, and to the rest of the guys in the locker room? It’s got such a storied history of being one of the most important titles in the business, but it seems to have fallen in stature.

Bryan: To me it’s the one title that I haven’t won in the WWE. I’ve been the United States champion, I’ve been the World Heavyweight champion, I’ve been the WWE champion, I’ve been the tag team champion. The Intercontinental championship is the only one I haven’t won, and to me I have been disappointed that — when I was a kid, the Intercontinental championship matches were usually the matches I looked forward to the most. WrestleMania III everybody talks about Hulk Hogan slamming Andre the Giant, but when everybody remembers the great match, they’re remembering Ricky Steamboat versus Macho Man Randy Savage. Same thing with WrestleMania X, with Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon in a ladder match.

So it’s one of those things where the Intercontinental title for a long time was so prestigious, but now for some reason it feels to me like it’s been devalued. One of the things I would really like to do is win the Intercontinental championship at WrestleMania and make it be not just what it was before, but make it better than that. Make it so the Intercontinental championship is something that can headline pay-per-views, can headline all the live events we do throughout the country. I’ve been disappointed with how the Intercontinental championship has been treated, but I’m hoping after WrestleMania it’s going to change.

FTW: Your wife (WWE diva Brie Bella) is going to face AJ Lee and Paige at WrestleMania in a tag match. How do you balance focusing on your own performance with also just being a normal husband and worrying about her match?

Bryan: Brie and I do this thing at the end of every night where we tell each other three things that made us happy each day. One of the things that makes me happiest each day is being able to watch Brie go out there and perform because she loves to do it, and she’s good at it. There was a big deal, #GiveDivasAChance, and hopefully they’re going to get a chance at WrestleMania this year. That’s every performer’s dream — not just the guys, but the girls too.

FTW: On the night before WrestleMania you’re going to induct Connor “The Crusher” Michalek into the WWE Hall of Fame. What kind of impact did Connor have on your life?

Bryan: What we do as entertainers, people see us as stars or you know sometimes people look up to us, but what we really do is just entertainment, right? For us, there are people who inspire us — and one of the people who inspires me is Connor. Despite all the pain and everything that he was going through, you never saw him really down, he was excited to be there…. He was just so happy and so fun to be around. When you were around Connor, he just lit people’s faces up. It’s a true honor for me to induct him into the Hall of Fame.

I somewhat agree with Bryan, but if Cena had mainstream appeal for movies, he wouldn't have hung around either :lol

First person in a while that hasn't completely sucked up to Roman Reigns and praised him (aka Chris Jericho, Santino, Mark Henry, countless other superstars)

Dolph Ziggler says he's better than Reigns, talks ******** always being there for him, Frustration with WWE, more

Dolph Ziggler appeared on FOX Sports "The Buzz with Jimmy Traina" podcast to promote next WrestleMania. Below are a couple of highlights:

Roman Reigns backlash from fans:

"All of those Shield guys, who came in protected, have done nothing but deliver, in my opinion, and I am a harsh critic of everyone. I wish I could be in the main event. I feel that I am better than Roman Reigns, but you know what? He hasn't wrestled as long as I have. And if he does anything that comes up short of delivering, I'll be all over his case and I'll be the first one to go on Twitter and go, 'Yup, told you it should've been me.'"

Dealing with frustration with his role in WWE:

"You don't just go to your bosses and say, 'This sucks, I'm supposed to be winning everything.' If you have an awesome idea or a story, or something great, you go, 'Hey, how about we do this,' but when the story is not you, you have to find a way to make it work."

Adult film company ******** making him an offer to sponsor his wrestling trunks:

"Twitter ranted about what I should do next. ******** offered me $10,000 and I could pick my partner if I would join them. So ******** has always been there for me."

On WrestleMania 31 and his Intercontinental ladder match against six other superstars:

"I'm a bitter, chip-on-my shoulder guy who doesn't care about anybody else, but there's a little bit of that tiny wrestling fan inside me that gets excited to see Sting for the first time ever at a WrestleMania. Or to see if Undertaker's going to have his entrance or to see if I can go out there and, not just outdo myself and have fun, but it's like wow, millions of people watching, 80-something-thousand people are in attendance at this event. This is a huge monumental deal. And no matter how jaded or bitter you are, it's a very special thing, no matter who you are or what match you're in to, take a look out there for five seconds and look around and go wow, I'm a part of history."
Mark Henry Comments on the Current Fan Reaction to Roman Reigns, Talks His Quintessential WrestleMania Moment & More
WWE star Mark Henry  recently appeared on Busted Open satellite radio with hosts Dave Lagreca, Doug Mortman, and Mike Riker. Busted Open airs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on Sirius 92 and XM 92 from 2-4 ET, and below are some interview highlights:

Mark Henry on Roman Reigns  and the fans:

“If Roman attacks Brock [Lesnar]  the way he attacked Daniel Bryan  at FastLane, then he can do big things. People always run off at the mouth on what people should do. I believe people should sit back and enjoy and if they don’t like what they’re seeing, tune them out. Fans have to realize that as big of an impact that they have on the industry, they’re not calling the shots. They should just sit back and enjoy the show. When fans go to football games, they’re not the ones calling the plays. There’s a different mentality with the fan base nowadays where the fans are reacting before storylines even have a chance to play out. People are commenting before stuff even happens. There used to be a time where the anticipation grew so much and that anticipation superseded everything else. However, that anticipation has lessened in today’s day and age because of all the information and media surrounding the company. Roman Reigns can definitely be the next top guy in WWE but he has to have a thicker skin and not worry so much about what the critics are saying.”

Mark Henry on his quintessential WrestleMania Moment:

“My match with Undertaker  at WrestleMania 22 changed me. It made me believe that I belonged and boosted my confidence. That match propelled me to where I am today. When Roman Reigns has that moment of belonging that is when he’ll be great. However, you need time to pass for that to happen. It took me 18 years. It takes faster for some people and I believe Roman is ahead of the curve in that regard.”

Roman Reigns segment planned for Raw:
WWE have been filming Roman Reigns and his family in Florida for an upcoming segment for Raw.

Expect this to be shown on Monday night to fit in with the "Roman is doing this for his family" storyline.
Not a bad idea in my opinion

This! About the poster and the news

. I could care less about his family. Fam needs to start putting up better/great matches
If you've been paying any attention you would notice that Roman has been getting better in the ring and adding more moves to his moveset. One thing I'll give him credit for is he executes his moves almost perfectly (the superman punch and apron dropkick are a thing of beauty). Its his promos that need a lot of work

I mean DB is right. Rock shared the scene with SCSA from 97-2002.

Cena been the dude for bout 10 years, but Rock making more money and is clearly a better entertainer. Cena can't go anywhere.

I been paying very much attention and he is still a boring performer. His best two matches were with Orton and bryan two seasoned vets. As good as brock is he's not orton or bryan. It will have to be a physical fight with some moves thrown in to be good cause a technical marvel won't happen with those two calling the match.

He needs to add more of them samoan moves.
