Nothing Reigns has done makes him a face, no matter how hard the WWE tries. That ship has sailed. Muhammad Hassan could come back and stomp on the America flag and Reigns would still get boo'd out the building. Sometimes you need to ride the momentum instead of sticking to a strict plan, especially when so many of those plans end up in failure.
