-Regarding the babyface turn with Randy Orton that has been playing out on WWE TV lately, WWE officials are ready to “pull the trigger” and go all in for a feud against Seth Rollins but they are waiting on Orton to make more of a commitment to working more dates. Orton’s push on RAW last night could be a sign that he’s agreed to more dates.
Officials have been trying to get Orton to work out a new deal where he regularly works Tuesday night tapings so he can be on SmackDown every week. WWE wants to make Orton the #2 babyface but it’s hard to give him that spot without him being a SmackDown regular.
So instead of building new talent and faces they just slide rko over to the #2 spot

-Triple H was at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando last week and one of the reasons he was there was to check out newer talents that haven’t worked the recent sets of TV tapings at Full Sail University.
Triple H reportedly wants to start tracking the progress of new WWE developmental talents much earlier in their careers, as a way to see who stands out the most and who should be given the chance to move up to being on NXT TV.
He’s looking at the Performance Center staff to do a better job of recognizing which talents have true breakout potential, and recognizing those talents as early as possible so they can be given extra attention and have their progress meticulously tracked.

I love what H is doin with talent. He truly does have the best interest of the company. I feel vince is too stubborn to have that anymore. Can't wait till H fully takes over the WWE. I think it is then we will see them move ina completely new direction.
