Of course they still made CoD for handhelds and other consoles but CoD4 (arguably the best CoD) was 360/PS3 only. They could still make spin offs and make BLOPS 3 current gen only. By November people will have had two years to upgrade to current gen. If you still on PS3/360, you can still play AW, Ghosts and BLOPS 2. That's more than enough for people on last gen to play. If they don't want to upgrade, **** em!!

I don't think that there is a chance in hell of that happening
EA would probably pull everyone off the project they are working on to help DICE make the release date before delaying it into 2016
Worst case scenario I can see is them moving it into December, close to the movie.
EA wants to ride that holiday Star Wars hype train
