By the way, I figured out I could run my 3.5MM jack straight into my Elite Controller for both Chat AND Audio.
Was worried that switching to that from the Chat Adapter would deteriorate the sound quality.. but it actually seems like it got LOUDER and MORE clear.
My only gripe with this is that 1.) you have to go to the Settings App to change your balance, and 2.) the options for balance don't quite have the exact volume / mixer balance I like. It's either too loud overall (Grenades are piercing in BO3 when your headset is up) or it's too low and I want it a tiny bit louder.
But other than that,

It's a 360 emulator, just throw the disc in and then it "turns" your X1 into 360.

Damn was thinking about pulling the trigger on that 5TB from Samsung, but don't know if it's good.
