Anything I type on the internet immediately becomes marked as "Cali slang" :rollin

NY dudes stay with the logic.

Well...

If your from California...

And you say something that no one has said before or has never heard before... the assumption is the slang started with where your from... that's how this works.. I know your from Cali so I'm gonna assume "hmm I never heard that before so guess it's a Cali thing" .

That was the logic behind it..

I know it takes Cali dudes a little while to catch on... put two and two together all that sun got y'all brain dead.

So if I said something like... I dunno.. "right off the butt" and you know I'm from NY.. you first reaction wouldn't be "oh hell no what this NY dude talking about"? It would be "oh yeah he probably got that from his cousin in Texas who use to live in North Carolina who moved from Florida".

Well cool, but I'm gonna assume that's from Cali since he's from Cali.. I didn't think about it that deep.

:lol

"Right off the nut" was something I heard in a youtube video or stand up comedy special a long time ago. I can't remember which.

It basically means "right out of the gate", but "right off the nut" had me weak the first time I heard it and I find it funny to use.

Disclaimer: I do not claim "right off the nut" as my own term, nor do I claim it as a "California slang" used by Californians.

Spelled it out for you Kilroy^^^

I know how you NY dudes be breathing in too many toxins in that stank a** air yall got. Takes a lot of effort to keep up sometimes.
