Is PUBG even worth trying out?
I'm not a FPS gamer. Also whats this I hear the games runs better on external a SSD ?
Asking because I saw the game is on sale for $15 on Black Friday.

Any game that is installed into an SSD will load faster because there is no moving parts to it. For example, Fortnite. Fortnite takes a long time to load to get into the main menu. When you press Save the world or Battle Royale, you have to load again and it just takes a very long time. I transferred it over to the SSD and the load times are much quicker. I already knew that RDR2 would load slow because of how massive it is.
Since SSD's are still a little pricey, I have a 500GB that I only have installed with 3 games and it forces you to consider which games you want to truly want on the SSD which will most likely be your "main" games. Also, it helps to declutter your enormous backlog of games because we here at NT are game hoarders.

think i’m gonna cop an elite controller tomorrow from bestbuy. i’ve heard some bad things about it’s build quality but i’ve been playing bo4 nonstop and want to give the triggers a try. i want the white one but it’s gamestop and microsoft only and i trust bestbuy more in terms of less return hassle and even geek squad protection which i might actually buy for this.
any of you use your elite controller how do you feel about it? i’m gonna get it regardless of the stories i’ve heard was just wondering what you guys thought

i had it when it originally released for around a year, it was a great controller to me i liked the weight of it a lot, everything about the build quality was premium to me...
i have seen some for sale with the grips off, or them stating the grips fell off...and i know people talk about stick drift occurring with it but if you buy the best buy plan you should be able to swap it out as long as they have them in stock. I know for a while they were out of stock and people thought they were discontinued for a while cause there was rumors of a version 2.
if you black ops 4 on the screen where you pick if your gonna play zombies, black out, or mp does yall stick drift all across the screen slowly? or is my control stick drifting?

thanks for the reply, yea I'm gonna pick one up today with the Best Buy protection plan just wish they had white, but the color is mute if I can get the warranty that's more important..
I have the one S controller right now and its in great condition and even I have the stick drift on the menu but something tells me its only on the menus I haven't noticed anything going on with it in gameplay modes.

I got great deals on my last 2 TVs... 65 inch LG 65E6P OLED for $2400 from Best Buy (open box, talked to the guy in the HT department and told him exactly what I saw looking for and sure enough a week or two later the display TV went on sale and I haggled them down from $2,700 because I had a 10% coupon from moving). The TV I am using now is a 55 inch OLED I got from Amazon, B7 I believe, it was supposed to be a refurb but it looks brand new to me. I think the back button on the remote might be defective and I am about to call LG about that because it still has a 90 day warranty, but I got it for $1200 so I ain't even trippin that much.

Game is cool tho so far I’m doing lil missions and getting my bearings but it’s like tutorial type missions not sure what’s it about after that. I guess your supposed to find notes out and about and go from there I can see this being like sea of thieves. Undone game that’s online only.
