Not close to what Sony is offering on the + side, but if this is any indication, it's moving in the right direction. Both games are old, but they are both really good.

Games With Gold March 2014: Civilization Revolution, Dungeon Defenders
Great strategy and co-op games are free this month for Xbox Live Gold members.
by Kyle England FEBRUARY 28, 2014
The two games that will be free to download in March on Xbox 360 are Civilization Revolution and Dungeon Defenders, Microsoft has announced.

Beginning tomorrow on March 1, Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution will be knocked down from its regular price of $30 and will be free to download until March 15. Civilization Revolution is an older title from 2008, but it is a great console strategy game. It earned 8.8 in IGN's review when it released.

Starting on March 16, Civilization Revolution will return to normal price and Dungeon Defenders shall take its place, dropping from $14.99 and remaining free through the end of March. Dungeon Defenders launched in 2011 for the Xbox Live Arcade, and it's an incredibly addictive multiplayer tower defense action game. It scored 8.5 in IGN's review.

Keep in mind that only Xbox Live Gold subscribers on Xbox 360 will be able to download these games. If the games are downloaded during the two-week free periods, players can keep and play them forever, whether they remain Gold members or not. Sit tight, Xbox One owners-- Games With Gold is coming to the platform sometime before 2014 ends.

Before it ends.. That means December 2014 we will get our first games with gold on xbone :hat :hat :{

Titanfall- $499.99 + tax

anyone who played the beta...is titanfall worth $500? yes im serious. i got a ps4 at launch. i like it. its just hard for me to say i love it because the game selection is so weak. plus my ps3 and xbox360 were on its last legs so i needed it. with that being said i didnt need 2 consoles with a lack of games. but im itching for titanfall. anyone else in the same boat as me?

Just wanted to show you guys what comes with the Xbox One Headset Adapter that gets released on the 9th. It basically allows you to use any headset that previously worked with the xbox 360 on the xbox one with chat. So for some of you guys that already have a decent headset there's no reason to buy anything other than this adapter.

It sucks I can't use my Halo: Reach bluetooth headset. I know it ain't the best but I got real used to using it to play.

I'l get flamed for this, but no, it's not worth dropping $500, especially since you already have a PS4. IF the Titanfall franchise was going to be an MS exclusive, I might say go for it. It doesn't sound like Respawn has any intentions of doing that so just hold out for Titanfall 2.

Depends how much you love shooters and if you were planning on buying an xbone eventually anyways. If you were down the line I suppose now is a good time since the best game out at the moment for any console comes free with it.

Hold out for Titanfall 2? Thats seriously some of the worst advice I've ever seen someone give in this thread.

@amarano   I played the beta and enjoyed it but while I enjoyed Titanfall there were a couple things about it that just weren't for me that might be ironed out by the time the game releases.  I personally wouldn't cop a console just for it but I'm sure a lot of others feel differently.  It really is that much different than any other shooters out now and if you enjoy it as a lot of people do you'll have no problems copping a console for it.  Best thing to do is play it before purchase, you'll see whats great about it after a handful of games, you'll also see the few flaws.

I like how my opinion is basically the same as yours, but mine is some of the worst advice you've seen.

Your advice is bad because it doesn't really have anything to do with TF 1.
TF 2 is not even confirmed for release , (although Im sure its inevitable) much less confirmed for PS4. And even if it was confirmed, its gonna be at least a couple of years for TF 2 to release.

So if this dude wants to play TF his only option is the X1. Whether he thinks thats worth $500 really has nothing to do with whether TF2 will release for PS4 years from now.

By your logic, I shouldn't buy X1 for Fallout 4, because 10 years from now imaginary Fallout 5 is gonna be available on the PS4

Picked up PvZ for $9....

It's a lot to take in all at once but other than that, it is a pretty good game!

I'll probably play it all weekend. :lol

This :lol

Once my girl gets home imma go ham on pvz

I wish they had some sort of tutorial other than the short video that pops up when you unlock a new skill...

Oh well...

I'll just keep merkin on ppl not fully aware of what im doing :rollin

We should get 4 and run that one thing.. Forget the name of it but you know what I'm talking about

First of all, his only option isn't the xbone. It's coming to 3 platforms.

And your fallout comparison isn't close. Fallout 4 will come out for PS4/ Xbone. You wouldn't have to wait for 5.

I didn't say my opinion was necessarily fun or ideal, but that's the **** position EA put PS4 owners in by taking the exclusivity deal. Now i'm working on the assumption that there will be a Titanfall 2. It's going to be damn near impossible for MS to secure exclusivity, especially if it's not the number 1 sellling next gen consoles, which it most likely won't be. Vince Zampella has tweeted that Titanfall was only supposed to be time exclusive and that they plan to make games for PS4 in the future, so that's how I draw my conclusion to just hold off.

Not everyone has a decent gaming computer to play it on either.. If the guy who asked the question does then that's probably his best bet. His 360 is dead or sold off I'm assuming since he said it's on it's last leg.

Like I said earlier if you planned on buying an xbone down the road, now isn't a bad time.. A little earlier than you planned but it's a good deal IMO.

You can buy a 360 like a hundred.... you know what, **** it. Yeah, pay $500 for one game.

No, but that's the only opinion that is going to win out in the official xbone thread, so let's just roll with it.

I get what you're saying. But he wasn't asking about TF2. He was asking about TF 1.
You're suggestion that he wait a number of years for a different game that isn't even confirmed for PS4 isn't very helpful

What I was trying to say about fallout had nothing to do with multiplat. I was trying, poorly I guess, to say that missing one game in hopes of an imaginary sequel is a pretty pointless task

Lastly, your right about PC. I don't game that way so I forgot. If he's got a nice rig, then he probably shouldn't by X1 just for TF.
As for 360, it's really not an alternative. Not gonna be even close to the same game

True TF is X1, PC, or nothing.
Dreams about TF2 are just that, dreams

:lol

One person agreed with you though?

You're telling this dude wait for TF2 in 2-3 years after he mentions he really wants to play it.. That's what people are disagreeing with. No one is saying don't buy it on the 360 or PC.. We haven't even seen a screenshot or video of the 360 version so no one can give advice there.

I think you're upset someone is considering buying an xbone and we know you hate everything xbone.. Even the thought of someone buying it hurts your heart b

Titanfall is fun, but it's not something you play and say "only possible on next gen." The fact that there is a 360 version says as much. If a game is good enough to pay $500 for, there is going to be a sequel.
