My assumption would be the HDD and/or both. I say the cloud also in case you either have to swap out your HDD and/or the system.

I'm sure switching will work but don't expect it to be instant if the xbox one has to do a disk check.

Why does it even matter to which varying degree one needs an update more than the other. They both need an update.
The whole console war thing is beyond old, just make your decision with your money on release date.

I was going to agree since the system is unusable without the update, but the seller posted that the update is live. He also leaked downloable game sizes,but games on demand isn't live. Hopefully MS doesn't ban him

Optimized? Nah, check out the next gen trailers. Live looks terrible in comparison to 2k, don't even understand why they are releasing this year.

Their next gen sports games are not very next gen. It looks like they just added a couple gigabytes worth of extra effects.
I haven't kept up with Live news, but the only thing new on Next gen FIFA 14 is 3D crowd, which should have been done 2 FIFAs ago, and more realistic rain, which is annoying as f*%*# to play in........ :x
.....oh yeah, and now 2 defenders will challenge a defensive header, instead of the usual 0 or in rare cases 1.
