So that's the design of the controllers fault or was it those controllers you personally had?

The worst thing about the 360 controller is the Slow turn

I dunno. Maybe I suck.

I was under the impression that a lot of people didn't like the D-Pad. I could be mistaken.

There is a reason Microsoft started making those twisty d-pad controllers for the 360. They knew the d-pad was not as accurate as it needed to be, especially for fighters.

What twisty thing? :lol

When pro gamers use pad playing fighting games (not many do but some do) they're using the OG 360 controller without twisty things.

You are literally the first person I have ever heard say that there was nothing wrong with that d-pad.

Ever competitive controller company makes a 360 controler with an improved d-pad. MLG, Mad Catz, ect.

I don't know why you are denying this is a known issue. It's literally the only issue anyone ever had with that controller. It's the most inaccurate d-pad ever conceived. Why do you think the X1 controller changed?

It's a known issue but I've never had it. They changed the dpad and made it worse. The directional buttons are like mouse clicks and the star is too recessed. Just because they changed it doesn't mean they made it better

Oh I misunderstood you then.

I definitely haven't put in enough time with an X1 controller to know if it was improved or not.

dpad on the 360 was def a lil suspect. it bothered me when playing gears of war and using it to swap weapons. sometimes I would pull out the wrong weapon and end up taking a serious L.

I haven't used the 360 for fighting games tho. I usually do ps for fighting games since I like the controller feel better on the ps for those types of games.

Dpad on 360 is and always has been steamy trash

Glad they removed that circular crap and left it to 4 very defined buttons.

Outside of the Dpad 360 controller is just fine.

Xb1 controller is better all around... minus the play station like looseness on the analogs. I like Em nice n tight :evil

X1 controller feels better but is too small and Im not crazy about the bumpers. 360, X1 dpads are trash.

EA announces Subscription Service for Xbox One ($5/month or $30/year, get game vault)

Subscribing to EA Access will cost $4.99 a month (or $30 a year), and since the program is technically in beta, only four games will initially be available: FIFA 14, Madden NFL 25, Peggle 2, and Battlefield 4, "with more titles being added soon."

Awesome Value– Besides the great games in The Vault, EA Access members will save 10% on purchases of EA digital content for Xbox One offered through the Xbox Games Store. From full digital-download titles like the upcoming Dragon Age[emoji]8482[/emoji] Inquisition or NHL[emoji]174[/emoji]15, to additional membership services such as Battlefield 4 Premium or even FIFA Ultimate Team points, it’s all 10% off for members.*

Play First – Membership in EA Access lets you experience trials of new EA games up to five days before the release date.* It starts with Madden NFL 15, NHL 15, FIFA 15, NBA LIVE 15, and Dragon Age: Inquisition, but more are on the way. If you decide to buy the game, your progress will carry over so you can pick up right where you left off.
Today, EA revealed EA Access, an Xbox One-exclusive subscription service that grants players access to EA's so-called Vault.

Will not pay for EA beta services when their latest titles launched feeling like they were still in beta phases.

On top of that I already own madden, peggle, and used to own bf4. :lol

Well it's still in beta. But getting 10% off dragon age and a 5 day early access is cool. And besides BF4 their games aren't really broken.

But I could see this more for attracting new xbox owners. For 15 bucks, you can get 2 xbox games for gold and 4 EA games

It for sure sounds appealing. "On paper", it sounds like a phenomenal idea.

But what I'm saying is their latest big games launched feeling like a beta...

I could only imagine what their actual beta experience will be like.. :x

I'm sure once they nail it down and have any amount of success, other publishers will follow... word to ubisoft and activision 8o

IIs this Xbox only? I play Madden on Xbox but BF on PS and that's about it as far as EA titles go
