I dont understand why people want to buy the new xbox spybox. Microsoft tried to play yaw buy requiring a fee to pay used games and it is still not 100% safe mixrosoft will change their minds 2 years later once everybody by the new spybox. I can honestly see why microsoft pulled this move now based off the amount opf people still buying this crapbox! Im sure the xbox lovers also have ipad and iphones

If you wouldve actually read the thread on neogaf, you wouldve seen that this is not an uncommon practice among games. Everybody does it. And if you look at the vidoc of the game, everything looks quite good in the single player

I dont think its going to be the best thing ever, but Im like if I can play the Witcher 2, Assassins creed, or skyrim with their bad combat mechanics and still have fun, ryse doesnt look any worse than those.

But what else does ryse offer beyond being a brawler? Those games you listed have some mediocre combat, but combat isn't necessarily the focus of those games. That is, they offer a lot of other things - open worlds, rpg style games.

Crytek has said that it has platforming sections and traversing different terrains, and a rewards system ( ex health damage etc). No idea how good that stuff is, but if they say its there, I have to take their word until it comes out.

Also Id disagree with you. Combat is the main thing in those games, but we look past it because of the interesting world or story that is built. if assassins creed or skyrim didnt offer a somewhat interesting story or interesting worlds the combat would be scrutinized even more. Its not like you can play a perfect stealth play of those games.

Ryse continuing to take the black eyes... It must be the punching bag of the week. Native 900p and then upscaled to 1080p. This game looked really good to me at first, then I found out it was a kinect game, then it wasn't a kinect game and mediocrity has been setting in over time. I guess I gotta come to terms that pretty much all release games are gonna not be that big jump that I'm expecting. Hopefully Watchdogs doesn't disappoint too much - but it's a cross-gen game too.

People are expecting every one of these release day games to be great but that has never been the case for any console release day games. We wont get any real games that show the true potential of the console till later in its life cycle. Everybody just needs to chill and stop nit-picking every little thing.

The thing is ppl want that original xbox to 360 jump. But thats becuase of HD. We will see better graphics but itll be detail. We wont really see that big of a jump till we go ultra HD

Nah. They haven't really been showing anything new about destiny if anything at all. I would have to guess holiday 2014 would make sense.


Also cheapest place to get a year xbox live card would probably be at best buy or target on Black Friday. If you can wait that long
