Mic...Pattas looking clean bro.

Charm...diff on HOAs and 08s is basically quality differences, different insole, and Infrared on 08s has a more pinkish tint to it.

I have the same racks as Abernja, I just have my boxes turned sideways. You can fit 7 on a row and then 4 across the top of the row. (Size11.5/12 too)
